Re-wrote all legal documents for single, small and large multi-family units, incorporating these into their system. Ensured all services provided met the highest professional standards within the industry and the legal requirements of all Community Associations.

Lock and Load Miami: Created all department manuals including the Employee Guidelines & Procedure Handbook, Drug Free Policy, Employee Contracts, Training Manuals, etc. Assisted investors in selecting, installing and implementing an accounting program to reconcile all the start-up expenses related to operating and launching the business.
Didier Cigars: Designed and scripted all content for this luxury cigar company’s website, as well as online marketing material use for advertising in various trade purveyor sites.
Optimum Capital Partners: Conceived the interiors and renovations plan of a 3,000 sq. ft. apartment at the luxurious Icon building in Downtown Miami on behalf of one of Optimum’s partners. Hired, coordinated and oversaw all contractors, ensured all construction was done to code; completed project 20% under budget.
